Oliver Obermöller started his career in the gastronomy industry in 1993 and, through cross-departmental activities in the bar, service and kitchen, developed a holistic know-how and understanding of the complexity of this activity. Over the years, Oliver Obermöller has held positions as restaurant manager, chef de bar, food and beverage manager, chef and operations manager both in Germany and in other European countries and was thus able to manifest his standing in the scene.
Following his passion as a restaurateur and chef, he opened his first restaurant in 2003, which was followed in 2009 by a successful event location, an international catering company and the implementation of a gastronomy consultancy. Oliver now shifted his focus to catering and events.
Within this process and due to his second passion, music, he also developed the “Sing Cuisine” format and successfully implemented it as a highlight of his offering over the years. Whether in more upscale ramen in his own event location or externally for corporate and private customers as well as at large international sports events, Oliver Obermöller gives every event a very personal touch. His understanding of gastronomic enjoyment combined with the heart of an artist creates special culinary delights, whether on a small or large scale.
Oliver Obermöller's cuisine is Mediterranean and in particular Italian cuisine. Through his international activities, Oliver also presents other highlights of the different countries and incorporates their influences and his experiences into his creations.
